• A Premium 2-color Exterior Paint Job for $2500 labor & materials + the cost of the primer and paint, for most single-story houses, up to 1000 sq.ft. 
• For larger houses, add $1.5 per sq.ft. for each sq. ft. over 1000.
• Includes basic preparation; scraping peeling paint, priming bare wood, caulking cracks in siding, windows, and doors, as needed, etc.
• Materials included; caulk, masking tape, paper, plastic, etc.
• Includes pressure washing
• Includes painting the siding, eaves, soffits, fascia, gutters, downspouts, front and rear entry doors, and trims.

Reasons price may be higher*;

1. *houses needing extra preparation (excessive peeling, water damage, etc.
2. *houses with difficult terrain, vegetation blocking house, or access issues
3. *painting the eaves and soffits with the trim color, rather than the siding color.
4. *extra colors
5. *houses outside of the Colorado Springs area

Reasons price may be lower*

1. *Houses not needing preparation or pressure washing
2. *Very small houses 400-500 sq.ft.
3. *Houses in, or near 80903
